HOW IT WORKS
• First, browse the ONLINE STORE! Merchandise is available at all Cape Fear ReStore locations: Ogden, Downtown Wilmington & Monkey Junction. Be sure to double check which location your item is at! You can browse by location if you prefer by using the drop down menu at the top of the page.
• When you have made your selections, complete the checkout process. Payments are safely and securely processed by Stripe. CLICK HERE to view Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
• Orders will be processed Monday through Friday. We will be in touch within 1 business day to schedule your pickup from the store where your item is located. Please note which location your items are at when you make your selection. Pickups will be by appointment to maintain social distancing protocol.
• Please plan to pick up your item within 3 business days. If it is not picked up within this time frame, the sale may be canceled and the item made available for sale.
• Please note that loading help may not be available to help us maintain safe social distancing measures.
