With our new venue at Lifepoint Church this year, we now have multiple ways to participate:
SPONSOR – A Table of 8 or a Row of 10 starting at $1,500.
Show you or your organization’s support of helping solve the affordable housing crisis in our community by becoming an event sponsor. Sponsorships provide you with increased recognition and preferred seating.

As a sponsor, YOU are building a strong community for families in the Cape Fear Region and YOU are the key to the success of the 2023 Annual Golden Hammer Breakfast.

What Does a Row Host Do?
Row Hosts volunteer to:
- Invite guests to join you in your row and provide their names in advance to Cape Fear Habitat staff at christina@capefearhabitat.org
- Arrive early to greet guests
- Distribute pledge cards and thank your guests
What is the Difference Between a Table and Row?
This year’s event will be held in the sanctuary of Lifepoint Church.
- Tables of 8, which are available for sponsorship only, will be located on the ground floor of the venue.
- Rows of 10 in the upper balcony* (theater-style seating) are available for sponsorship or hosting.

Who Should I Invite, and What Will They Experience?
Invite anyone in your personal or professional network who is interested in building a strong community. This could be your friend, coworker, neighbor, family member or classmate. Your guests will:
- Enjoy a nice, catered breakfast with you and the other guests
- Learn about Cape Fear Habitat’s past impact and its future vision and goals for building homes, community and hope
- Hear from those whose lives are forever changed through affordable homeownership
- Be invited to fill out a pledge form to join our mission as a donor, volunteer or advocate
What is the Goal?
The goal is to raise a minimum of $1,500 per table or row, or $150 per person.
