Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity is looking for more applicants for our Homeownership Program in New Hanover, Pender, and Duplin counties!

Wednesday, July 18th at 9am (Main Office – 20 N. 4th Street, Suite 200, Wilmington, NC 28401)
Wednesday, August 1st at 9am (Broken Bread Fellowship Church, 908 E. Fremont Street, Burgaw, NC 28425)
Tuesday, August 7th at 7 pm (Mad Boar Restaurant, 111 River Village Place, Wallace, NC 28466)
Wednesday, August 15th at 9am (Main Office – 20 N. 4th Street, Suite 200, Wilmington, NC 28401)

Where: Unless otherwise specified, our regular monthly Information Sessions are located at 20 North 4th Street, Suite 200, Wilmington, NC 28401 (Inside the Harrelson Center on the corner of 4th and Market Streets.).
Parking Info: Our regular monthly sessions will last for an hour and a half at our main office in Wilmington, and there are very limited visitor parking spaces available in the Harrelson Center parking garage. You are encouraged to bring a couple of dollars in change in case you have to pay for parking on the street.
Application Packets: These will be handed out for you to take home at the end of the session.
If you are you not able to attend an Information Session on one of the above dates, or if you do not believe it would be in your best interest to attend, please contact us to request that an application packet be mailed to you at firstname.lastname@example.org or 910-762-4744. These information sessions are beneficial to many as they make the decision to apply for our program, but attendance is not required to obtain an application.

Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity builds simple, decent, energy-efficient houses that are sold to hard-working families in the Cape Fear Region. Habitat homes are sold at no profit to families through an affordable mortgage loan.
Applicants must qualify based on: Need, Ability to Pay, Willingness to Partner, and Residency.
