Through community partnerships and passionate volunteers, Habitat constructs quality homes at a significantly lower cost than government or for-profit organizations. This allows us to provide no-interest, 30-year mortgages to qualified families. To help our families succeed, we offer credit counseling, mentoring, and education programs.

We have constructed more than 124 homes for families in need throughout New Hanover, Pender and northeastern Brunswick Counties. When complete, our first subdivision, The Cottages at Cornerstone in Wilmington, NC, will be home to 32 families.

Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity is one of 76 Habitat affiliates in North Carolina and is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization.
