Through community partnerships and passionate volunteers, Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity builds and sells homes to hard-working people in need of decent and affordable housing. Cape Fear Habitat is part of a global, nonprofit housing organization that seeks to put God’s love into action by building homes, communities and hope.
Habitat was founded on the conviction that everyone deserves a simple, durable place to live in dignity and safety, and that decent shelter in decent communities should be a matter of conscience and action for all.
Cape Fear Habitat transforms lives by partnering with families and our community to create and preserve affordable homeownership solutions. We offer affordable and attainable mortgages, and leverage homeowner mortgage payments, ReStore proceeds and fundraising dollars to provide the capital needed to build. To help our families succeed, we provide credit counseling, mentoring, and education programs.
Cape Fear Habitat is one of 81 Habitat affiliates in North Carolina and is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
